History –
Jeff Wiechman is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer. He received his degree from Colorado State University. He has worked for over a decade as an engineer performing design and construction supervision for the National Park Service. He has also worked for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, primarily writing new code changes to revise codes that created barriers to the entry of renewable energy. He continues to perform contract engineering services, although he focuses primarily on the inspection business.
In 1999 Jeff started Access Inspection Services. Jeff and his wife, Donna, bought their first house where they were raising a family, so they understood the importance of knowing how to care for a home. Jeff's background as an engineer and eye for detail made him a great home inspector, but his personability and passion for helping owners learn about their houses are what made him stand out. ​​

Over 24 years later, Access Inspections is still known for its integrity and dedication to helping families understand how to maintain a safe and comfortable home. Jeff and Donna live in the same home where they raised three girls. They know owning a home is an investment and want their clients to know how to protect that investment. They continue to educate others on the best ways to care for a home so their clients can live comfortably and with peace of mind.
